Customer Expectations/Policies
We require 24-48 hours to cancel, reschedule or adjust appointments--
48 hours for color + extension services
24 hours for cuts, waxing, or nails

Last minute cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation fee and a 50% non refundable deposit will be required for your next booking.
No shows will result in 100% no show fee and you will be removed from booking at our location.

Our team consists of experienced hairstylist, colorists, estheticians, and nail technicians, each specializing in their respective areas. We believe in continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry. To ensure consistent quality and expertise in our services, we have implemented a level system based on knowledge and experience. This system allows our clients to choose a stylist or technician based on their desired level of expertise and budget.
Apprentice- Up to 1 year experience
Co-Stylist - 1-2 years experience
Junior Stylist- 2-4 years experience
